By accessing and using Pipeline, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this service.

Pipeline is a platform for discovering, developing, and supporting Digital Public Goods (DPGs). The service allows users to:

• Browse and explore DPG projects
• Create and manage project profiles
• Contribute to existing projects
• Access resources and documentation
• Connect with other contributors

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

You agree not to use the service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Post harmful, abusive, defamatory, or illegal content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data
• Distribute malware or other malicious code
• Engage in activity that interferes with or disrupts the service
• Collect or store personal data about other users without consent
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Respect the rights and privacy of other users
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service. This includes damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the service is to stop using it.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sierra Leone, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sierra Leone.

• By You: You may delete your account at any time through your profile settings
• By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms
• Effect: Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately
• Data: We will retain user data in accordance with our Privacy Policy
