A web platform to discover, create, track, and evaluate Digital Public Good projects against the DPG Standard. Features AI-powered compliance assessment using GPT-4o across all 9 DPG criteria, GitHub webhook integration that re-evaluates on PR merges, SDG-based categorisation, community contribution tracking, and multi-format data export. Built with SvelteKit, Supabase, and a swappable provider architecture for platform independence.

Strongest approval angle: Pipeline is meta-infrastructure for the DPG ecosystem itself — it lowers the barrier for early-stage projects (especially from under-represented regions) to reach DPG compliance. The implemented evaluation queue, dpgStatus persistence, and GitHub-webhook auto-evaluation are concrete differentiators against generic project catalogues like Digital Impact Exchange.
